Once your project sample and requirements have been reviewed and fully assessed, a tailored quote will be sent via email. Quotations are typically provided within two business days of receiving your enquiry.
If you decide to proceed, a booking fee will be required, payable by bank transfer. An invoice will be issued for the applicable amount:
Proofreading is much more than a quick read-through – it’s a skilled, detailed process that requires time and care. A thorough proofreading means carefully reading your document slowly, word by word and line by line, known as a ‘pass’. This is usually repeated at least twice, sometimes three or four times. On each pass, the proofreader focuses on different aspects. Every word and sentence is checked with precision to ensure your writing is clear, consistent, and free from errors.

Edits will be made using Track Changes in Word or markup tools in PDF. Comments may be added where suggestions or clarification are helpful.
